(I wrote this in September 2010. We knew then how they played the game. We did nothing. We now lost the Presidency in a heart breaking election, as a result of massive voter fraud. Will we ever learn, or even get another chance?)
We are told California is actually a “Center-Right” state. We are also told that America is a “Center-Right” country. If this is so, and I believe it is, have you ever wondered how it is then that California and America are being governed by far left Socialist minded people? I sure have wondered about that.
Well, I think I now understand. Yesterday I attended an extremely interesting Voter Fraud seminar in Chico. What I learned is not only shocking but infuriating. The speakers at the seminar were Dean Gardner and his wife Ruth Gardner. Dean Gardner was a Republican candidate for the California State Assembly some years ago. As election evening was nearing a close, and as most of the voter precincts had reported, Mr. Gardner was comfortably ahead. However, something happened very late in the game, Mr. Gardner’s comfortable lead evaporated and he lost by 197 votes. The Gardners knew right away something was not right.
Together the Gardners went to work on the problem. Ruth Gardner, a mathematician, could tell from the numbers things did not make sense. They spent a year studying and analyzing the voter registration history and election results. From that investigation they built a case of voter fraud. They presented their case to State and Federal agencies. Only the FBI took an interest, did their own investigation, and concluded this was a prima facie case of voter fraud. However, what is hard to understand, but in these times not hard to believe, neither the State nor the Federal Attorney Generals would prosecute the case or reverse the election. The liberal stayed in office, the people lost, and voter fraud has continued on unabated.
Besides the government refusing to prosecute, here is another example of why voter fraud goes unabated. The Gardners noted that some people voted several times by making multiple voter registrations, each time making only slight changes in their information such as their name and date of birth. The Gardners confronted one of those people and asked “Why did you do this?” The person responded “I care more, and no one is going to do anything about it.”
Folks, we talk about getting out the vote, about campaigning for our chosen candidates, when all the while we do not recognize the real reason why we are losing elections. It does not matter how many voters we turn out, or how many voters we convince to vote our way, if the opposition beats us with their fraudulent dirty tricks. Lets continue, there is more!
Here are some other dirty tricks. Dead people are voting, and when a County Clerk was asked what can be done to stop that she said nothing as long as they keep voting. Unbelievable! Registrations are done with phony addresses, many times they are commercial buildings and sometimes Union Halls, not a residence. The average number of voters at a residence is two, not 8, 10 or more as the Gardners discovered.
The Cheaters will check the voter registration roles for “low propensity voters”. They are the ones who do not even know they are registered to vote or vote only occasionally. Shills (the Cheaters) will show up at the voting polls and vote for them. Do you know that Willie Brown got a law passed many years ago making it illegal for a poll worker to ask a voter for identification? Why do you think that was important to the liberals? So they could commit voter fraud more easily? You bet!
Then there is the “high propensity voter”, the person who votes every election. The Cheaters will find out who they are, and go to the polls early and vote under their names. Then when these voters go to the poll, they will find out they have already voted!
What about the Conservative Absentee Voter? There is a scam for that situation also. The Cheater files a new registration for that voter. When the voter signs their ballot and sends it in, the ballot is rejected because the signatures no longer match. Just cancelled out a conservative vote! The Gardners recommend that we all go in to the Registrar of Voters and have them show us our voter registration. They must do so. Check all information and especially the signature to insure someone has not re-registered you.
It gets even more interesting with Absentee Ballots. The multiple registrations for the same address but for different names, some of which could be illegal immigrants, will result in multiple ballots being sent out. The Union Boss for instance receives these ballots and takes all of them out to the persons who have signed the registration, tells them how to vote, and has them sign the ballot envelope. He then, with a nod and a wink to an SEIU County employee, delivers all of these ballots to the County, which is illegal, and they are immediately put into the general voting system where they can never again be identified.
We certainly have seen enough to know the extent to which some Unions and ACORN style organizations will go to fraudulently influence the elections, by the bus loads.
What can we do about this? (1) We need Tea Parties to organize Poll Watchers. The Poll Watchers will stand at the polls and observe so as to spot any unusual conduct, both inside and outside the polling place. Watch for the van full of people who spill out, go in and vote, and go on to the next polling place. By the use of good communications and video equipment that van can be tracked and reported. (2) Purchase the Voter Registration Role with History on disk from the County. With Excel run scans for the same names, addresses, etc. to pick up the patterns of fraudulent voter registration. Then confront these patterns either by bringing them to the attention of the County Registrar of Voters or go to the person themselves and confirm the information. (3) Write Letters to the Editor identifying this problem and make it clear we are on to the tricks, which might discourage those who might otherwise make that fraudulent vote. (4) Use various forms of dissemination of information to educate the public and make it clear that voter fraud is a felony. (5) Start a campaign to repeal the Willie Brown law that makes it illegal to require ID at the polling place. (6) Start a campaign to purge the voter registration roles and require everyone to register again so we can get all of the illegal registrations out of the system.
If we are going to have fair and honest elections with every candidate getting a fair chance to win, we must fix this problem. We must put our elected representatives’ feet to the fire on this, we must start a huge roar, get this discussion front and center now. Otherwise, we have become no different than those third world countries around the world who live with this problem every day. I know we are better than that, but we must act NOW!
